Parties
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between VANILLA SHOES ("Company") and the user who is a member of our site ("Member").
Membership Conditions
In order to become a member of the site, you must be over 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information in the registration form.
Member's Obligations
- The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of account information (username, password).
- The member is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information shared on the site.
- The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of good faith.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logo and brand rights on the site belong to VANILLA SHOES; It cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Company does not warrant that the operation of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from force majeure.
Contract Changes
Şirket, bu Sözleşme'yi önceden bildirmeksizin güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar; güncel metin sitede yayımlandığı andan itibaren geçerlidir.
Force
